Building Plots in San Eugenio Alto/ Municipal district of Adeje
San Eugenio Alto is one of the most exclusive residential areas in Costa Adeje. It is situated only a few kilometres from the most prestigious Tourist Area, where you will find the five-star hotels and beaches, the Puerto Colón marina, the “Siam Park” water park – the largest and most modern in Europe -, as well as Shopping Centres, Golf Courses, Hospitals and all manner of infrastructure and amenities.
This project consists of 8 Independent Luxury Chalets, all with views of the sea and La Gomera. Built over three levels connected by both lift and stairs, the layout on each floor would be as follows:
- Basement garage with room for 3 to 4 cars, as well as a pantry, laundry room, bedroom and bathroom, dressing room, gymnasium, sauna and jacuzzi.
- Ground floor with glass-fronted high-ceiling living room opening directly out onto the terrace and pool, fireplace, dining room with bar, independent kitchen, bedroom or study and bathroom.
- First floor consisting of two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a master bedroom that, in addition to an en suite bathroom and jacuzzi, also has a practical dressing room. All of the rooms have been conceived in such a way as to maximize the sea views.
