Alicur. Developments and construction.

Candelaria

Alicur is currently working on two construction projects involving terrace houses in Candelaria, a town close to the island’s capital, Santa Cruz de Tenerife (16km away), with a fast connection to it along the southern motorway, and a comprehensive services infrastructure. The residences have been designed with the main rooms facing the sea to take advantage of the view. They are on three levels: a basement garage with room for 2 cars and direct access to the property; a ground floor with lounge, separate kitchen, bedroom or office, bathroom and terrace; and an upper floor with the master bedroom - a spacious bedroom looking out to sea, with a dressing room and bathroom (with a hydromassage bath, shower, double washbasin and WC) - and two more bedrooms with a shared bathroom. We hope to put this product on the market at the end of 2008.
