This Apartment Development is located in Parque La Reina, a very popular small dormitory town whose success is due to its direct access to the motorway, as well as to the fact that it is only a few kilometres away from the main tourist resorts in the south of the island and the Reina Sofia airport. Work is currently being carried out to improve the area’s urban infrastructure and amenities.

Aneto III is the latest development in a project made up of three apartment blocks sharing a common swimming pool, the latter being located in Aneto II. All of the development’s apartments, both the 2 and 3-bedroom ones, have ample exterior areas: the ground floor properties have a terrace and those on the upper floor have a spacious sun terrace which they can access directly from the apartments’ balcony.
