Alicur is aware of how difficult it is at present to get financing on the market and that is why we offer our clients an additional service, organizing financing for them.

In order for us to do this, all you need to do is clearly specify your needs and provide us with full details of your financial situation, thus allowing us to find the best deal for you.

The following are just some of the financing possibilities available with Alicur:

1. Subrogation of the mortgage already taken out on the property by us.
2. Obtaining a mortgage loan with another financial entity which offers options that are not considered in subrogation, such as grace periods or subsidies, among others.
3. Renting with a purchase option. In this case it is Alicur who directly finances the purchase of your property. You will pay a monthly rental fee higher than the market price but, should you exercise your right to buy, you will have repaid all of the capital invested and will have paid no interest.
