Buying from abroad
Buying a property from Alicur could not be easier.
We continually strive to provide you with the best customer service on the market, taking care of all the red tape for you, and that is why we can assure you that you need worry about nothing, as we will guide you through the whole purchase process. This means that we can guarantee you the safest and easiest way to make your payment, whether you are buying off plan or buying a completed property.
If you have already visited us and received all the necessary information about the property you wish to purchase, you can download the file below in which we explain the steps you now need to follow.
Should you have any queries whatsoever, please do not hesitate to contact the sales representative who attended you, who will be only too willing to offer you any assistance or advice you require.
Para realizar el contrato de arras o el contrato privado de compraventa los pasos a seguir son los siguientes:
- Transfer the amount agreed with the sales reprensentative to Alicur’s bank account, details of which will be provided to you by the representative who attended you:

IMPORTANT – please indicate the reason you are making the transfer, referring to whether it be a Deposit or a Purchase, and indicating the name of the property development and the number of the property.
- Fax us a copy of the transfer slip, for the attention of our Sales Coordinator, on the following Fax Number: 00 34 922 712 876.
- If you are making a Purchase Deposit, you will also have to fax us the following details:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Full address
- Telephone numbers (2 numbers if possible)
- DNI / N.I.E and passport number.
- Marital status
- Profession
- Upon receipt of the transfer slip, you will be sent the Pre-Contract or Contract of Sale by registered post, signed by us and in duplicate. You should keep one copy and sign and return the other copy to us (in the case of a Private Contract of Sale you will also have to send us the duly filled-out and signed mortgage notes or standing orders, where applicable), by post to our Head Office:

- One month before the handover date, we will contact you by phone and, if we are unable to reach you, we will send you notification by post.
