About our Company

The Main Office of our Property Development and Construction Company, Alicur, S.L., is situated in Costa Adeje, in the south of Tenerife. Our Goal is to offer our clients the best quality and service, and to that end we offer you an extraordinary combination: a construction team that has been building for 35 years and an office team – young and dynamic – that is very keen to innovate and grow at a professional level. We also carry the ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and IS0 14001 Environmental Management Systems seals.

We stand out from the rest because we handle the full process:

1. Project design, carried out by our own Architect’s Office.
2. Construction process, carried out by our Production Team.
3. Direct Sales, of all our products through our Sales Team.
4. After-sales Service, through our in-house Head of After-Sales Service and a supporting on-site team.

This integral management system allows us to offer completion of “built-to-order” property developments in a short time period, and the sale of our products at the very best value for money.

We can continually offer an extensive range of residences in different property developments located in the best areas around the island, - some already consolidated and others still under development -, with a wide range of prices and personalized payment options. In 2008 and 2009 we are launching several new products onto the market, with special attention being paid to both interior and exterior design, which we hope will surpass the expectations of our clients.
