Company Departments
Management Department:
consisting of the Manager and the Official Affairs Representative, whose role is based on the decision-making behind company objectives, the purchasing of plots, business negotiations and paperwork with official bodies at the highest levels. Certain decisions call for support from the managers of the relevant department.
Design Department / Technical Office:
onsisting of a group of technically qualified professionals; architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, a topographer, designers, project-designers and draughtsmen, all fully dedicated to the design of building developments, the complete elaboration of projects and handling red tape. It offers the company a great deal of support aimed at achieving our goal of continually improving all of our procedures and the technology we use.
Construction Department:
comprised of the Production and Purchase Departments, it handles the construction of our projects. It is the largest of our departments: on the one hand, it is responsible for controlling and carrying out construction work, each project having a team directing and controlling the work, consisting of a site manager, a foreman and an overseer; and on the other hand, for the purchase and use of materials of the highest quality and guarantees, within the pre-established parameters of excellence, quality and environmental management. It also contains the Human Resources division, which is responsible for on-site risk management and health and safety protocol.
Administration Department:
managing incoming and outgoing payments, the complete company accounts, and regulatory taxation. It also manages and carries out all company administration work, in support of the other departments. The department’s work also inlcludes assisting clients with the paperwork and red tape involved in purchasing their property.
Sales Department:
made up of two teams. One comprises sales staff located in sales offices and on-site stands, and the other, administration staff based at the main office. The latter team plays a double role: on the one hand, supporting sales staff by providing them with all the information and documentation they need to carry out their work and, on the other hand, attending clients who have already purchased their property with the signing of deeds, the handing over of their documentation and the administration of after-sales alterations.
After-Sales Department:
if Alicur stands out for anything it is the fact that it is not only concerned with building quality homes, but also with offering an after-sales service to its clients which enables them to quickly resolve any possible problems with their property. The main objective of this department is for the clients to feel satisfied with their purchase. This is why each property is submitted to periodical controls during the construction process, enabling us to guarantee the quality of a property when handed over, as well as having a team of professionals there to provide the peace of mind and assistance necessary.
