Environmental Certificate

The ISO 9001 is the Standard relating to the Company’s Quality Management Systems. This certificate guarantees that the company is conducting its daily business according to Procedures and Routines which have been examined and subjected to evaluation.

The ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is an International Standard that promotes the use of a tried and tested framework for taking a systematic approach to managing the organization's processes so that they consistently turn out a product that satisfies customers' expectations. Standardization through the application of norms facilitates the international exchange of goods and services between companies.

The great advantages of the system are that it allows us to:

  • Continually improve our service quality,, with special emphasis on the completion of our projects.
  • Avoid non-conformities of all kinds,, particularly the ones relating to matters which directly compromise the satisfaction of the client and/or other interested parties. The way to meet this end, is to achieve maximum awareness on the part of our employees and the best possible team spirit.
  • Take identified environmental aspects into account. Obtaining data to serve as a reference against which to improve, and adapting infrastructure for better waste storage are among our objectives. (See on-site Recycling Points).
  • Encourage the participation of all our employees in improving the system, a task which will be overseen by the Head of Quality and the Environment and supported by top management.

The company’s management documents this policy, guarantees the resources necessary to implement it, keeps it up to date, communicates it to all levels within the organization and makes it available to the public.
